Our apartments are situated in the heart of the historical centre of La Spezia, in a prestigious building of the pedestrian zone of Via Del Prione n. 203 . They are in a privileged and strategic zone, in fact in a few minutes walking distance you may reach the train station, the bus stops to go to Portovenere and Lerici, the Marina Mirabello and the dock to go to “Cinque Terre”, Portovenere, Lerici and Portofino.
City life near the sea
The prestigious apartments face the very central and elegant Via Del Prione, the famous down-town shopping area. They are also close by Piazza del Mercato, where every day a very traditional open-air market takes place. There you may find fresh vegetable and fruit, fish, meat and a few stands selling clothes. In a few minutes on foot you may visit important museums such as: Amedeo Lia Museum, the Naval Museum and the Modern Art and Contemporary Museum (CAMeC).
